How Does It Work?

Initiate the Idea
As a resident, you start by raising interest in your neighborhood, association, or network and approach a multiplier such as a municipality, local association, or cooperative.

Multiplier Engages a Project Coordinator
If the multiplier supports the idea, it is recommended that they partner with a dedicated project coordinator who structures and manages the entire process.

Assess Local Potential
Together, the multiplier and coordinator analyse the local building stock and identify suitable components (e.g. heat pumps, insulation, PV).

Inform and Engage Homeowners
A communication campaign is launched with info events and clear materials. All information and updates are published on a dedicated campaign website.

Non-Binding Registration
Homeowners register without obligation to express interest. This bundled demand enables better conditions and reliable planning.

Offers and Installation
Suitable installers are selected, homeowners receive individual discounted offers, and installations are carried out by experienced professionals.
